Ez-Box Extended Information Pack

• A portable compliance pack
• Extended information is printed on a paper insert which is then folded and attached to the inside of the front panel of the carton
• It is revealed by pulling down this panel and the unique one stage pull-me/push-me action opens and closes the insert
• Ez-Box is delivered as one unit thus avoiding, the need to have separate leaflet insertion and, the potential for costly mix-ups
• The patient information remains with the pack at all times
• Can be run down a conventional carton machine or hand assembled.
